Zoho Specialist

The ideal candidate will oversee the seamless transition of core operations to a unified platform, optimizing workflows and effectively managing the system post-migration.
- Migrate inventory, customer data, sales records, invoices, and integrations with minimal disruption
- Configure and optimize Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications for efficient sales and financial management
- Set up integration tools such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Pabbly Connect for smooth third-party connections
- Develop custom scripts to automate tasks and enhance workflow efficiency
- Ensure data security, manage user roles and permissions, and establish best practices for system use
- Provide training to team members on Zoho functionalities, troubleshoot system issues, and optimize performance
- Regularly update Zoho applications, enhance system capabilities, and improve efficiency based on business needs
The successful candidate must possess:
- Proven expertise in Zoho One (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Creator)
- Experience in data migration for inventory, sales, and financial records from other platforms to Zoho
- Strong knowledge of automation tools (Deluge scripting, Zapier, Make/Integromat, Pabbly Connect)
- Ability to integrate Zoho APIs with third-party applications (e-commerce, payment gateways, etc.)
- Background in business process automation and optimization for retail industries
