Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support our U.S.-based ABA therapy provider as a Therapy Staffing Coordinator. As the bridge between families seeking ABA care and the therapists who provide it, you will act as the face of the organization, engaging with both families and ABA therapists.

About the Role:
  • This role is both people-focused and operations-driven. You will receive job alerts, post openings, share opportunities with existing candidates, make targeted calls, review client notes, screen candidates, balance multiple priorities, communicate clearly, and provide weekly progress updates.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting, scheduling, or coordination, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, computer efficiency, typing proficiency, and leadership qualities.
Requirements:
  • Experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting, scheduling, or coordination.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to assess and read people.
  • Computer efficiency and typing proficiency; experience with workflow management systems advantageous.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Confident problem solver with strong decision-making abilities.
  • Professional, persuasive, and able to work independently.
  • Leadership qualities and the ability to make sound staffing recommendations.
