Job Title: Property Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Cold Calling Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a vital role in identifying and securing potential property deals through strategic cold calling.

This is a remote position that offers excellent growth potential with performance-based incentives, allowing you to directly impact our business's success while developing your skills in real estate sales and negotiation.

  • Make outbound calls to property owners from provided lead lists
  • Research and reference recent property sales in target areas for pricing comparisons
  • Identify potential sellers and gauge interest in cash offers
  • Track and document all call outcomes and potential leads
  • Send contracts to interested property owners
  • Meet daily calling metrics and performance indicators
  • Generate qualified leads for property acquisitions
Your Responsibilities

Prior experience in cold calling or telemarketing is preferred, however not mandatory.

You must possess strong English communication skills, be able to handle rejection professionally, and have a basic understanding of real estate terminology.

Proficiency with CRM systems and phone software is also required, as well as a reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.
