Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to lead our affiliate marketing strategy, focusing on launching and managing performance campaigns across various platforms.

This role involves developing commission structures to balance partner incentives with profitability goals and driving incremental revenue growth through data analysis and optimization.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in affiliate networks, platforms, and measurement tools, as well as experience with Google, Meta, and Microsoft Ads.

  • Leverage data analytics to drive campaign performance and optimize ROI.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in e-commerce ad tech and paid media.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and campaign reporting tools.
  • Proven success managing campaigns to CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate goals.
Work Schedule

This role requires flexibility and adaptability, with a required work schedule of 3am-12pm, Monday to Friday.
