Warehouse Operations Manager

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility. This key role involves leading a team of warehouse staff, overseeing inventory management, and implementing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:
  • Optimize layout and space utilization, implement effective inventory control procedures, and maintain efficient processes to boost productivity.
  • Ensure efficient loading and unloading processes to maximize space utilization and minimize handling time.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Work with other departments to resolve inventory and warehousing issues and ensure stock levels meet production demands.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a clean, safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems and attention to detail.
