Key Responsibilities- Interact with customers to provide support and information on assigned products or services.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, comments, or complaints.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience is required.
