**Job Description:**

As a key member of Visage Executive Search, we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Banking Systems Development Lead to spearhead the functional design of all digital systems for our esteemed client. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional product management expertise and strong collaboration skills to drive development and deployment across the technical team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Propose innovative product concepts to internal stakeholders, coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution, and secure buy-in from key decision-makers;
  • Conduct thorough product briefings with internal units, maintain open communication channels with the sales network, address product-related queries, and resolve complex issues in a timely manner;
  • Lead the collection of product requirements from various teams, facilitate relevant communication, and conduct feasibility analyses to inform strategic decisions;
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest features of banking apps and e-wallets, conduct competitive research on emerging functionalities, and identify opportunities for enhancement;
  • Design end-to-end user and system flows, conceptualize feature sets, and execute the development of digital banking systems;
  • Manage the testing process, ensuring high-quality releases and conducting acceptance testing pre-production;
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to meet project deadlines and deliver results-oriented solutions;
  • Provide constructive feedback to business stakeholders and senior management to drive growth and improvement;

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in Product/Project Management, preferably in the Technology, Fin-tech, Finance, or Banking industry;
  • 3-5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager, with a strong track record of delivering results in an agile framework;
  • Candidates with strong experience in local market KYC processes are highly advantageous;
  • Proven expertise in product lifecycle management, with a focus on collaboration, execution, and resilience under pressure;
  • Strong team collaboration spirit, with a sense of responsibility, high execution ability, and adaptability;

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Experience in using Chinese as a working language;
