Job Description:

The Product Manager is primarily responsible for the functional design of all digital systems of the bank and coordinating with the technical team for development and deployment. Key duties include:

  • Proposing new product concepts to internal counterparts, assisting in design and coordination of new processes, and securing buy-in of key stakeholders
  • Conducting product briefings with internal units, maintaining active communication with the sales network, replying to product-related requests, and solving non-standard issues
  • Collecting product requirements from various teams and conducting relevant communication and feasibility analysis
  • Tracking and understanding the latest features of various banking apps/e-wallets and conducting competitive research on new functionalities
  • Creatin end-to-end user and system flows, conceptualizing, and executing the features and functionalities of the banking digital systems
  • Managing the functionalities and conducting acceptance testing pre-production release
  • Collaborating with technical teams for timely product delivery
  • Providing feedback to business stakeholders and top management

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
  • At least 5-7 years of Product/Project Management experience
  • 3-5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager from Technology, Fin-tech, Finance, or Banking industry is highly desirable
  • Candidates who have strong experience in the local market KYC process are highly advantageous
  • Experience in product lifecycle management, preferably in an agile framework
  • A strong team collaboration spirit, with a strong sense of responsibility, high execution ability, and resilience under pressure

Prior experience in using Chinese as a working language is preferred.
