Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for driving the Banks App strategy to increase MAU and MTU through campaigns and product development. They will lead product / feature development using customer-centric design and agile approaches, ensuring timely delivery of products that address customer challenges and meet business objectives.
The ideal candidate will support departmental reporting, strategy, and meetings, as well as develop project documentation, including business requirements documents, user stories, UI/UX, technical documents, and campaign partnerships. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization, with measurable and quantifiable benefits for the Bank and its customers.
The role involves efficient management of product development prioritization, communication of product vision, and oversight of all stages of the product development process. The candidate will contribute to areas of improvement within Digital Channels by conducting user research and usability studies, organizing biannual product sprints, and collaborating with designers, developers, and research teams.
Requirements- A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital/Banking App product management.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in leading teams and working in cross-functional settings.
- Experience in leading the rollout of major products/features and campaigns.
- A strong understanding/experience in digital banking & digital channels.
- Shift: Day Shift
- Setup: Hybrid (2x-3X onsite per week)
- Location: BGC, Taguig
Estimated Salary: PHP 120,000 - 180,000 per month, depending on experience.
