Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Lead to join our team. As a Software Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development of software applications using Salesforce platform.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting with project managers and business analysts to determine business needs
  • Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform
  • Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications
  • Creating timelines and development goals
  • Testing stability and functionality of applications
  • Troubleshooting and fixing bugs
  • Writing documents and providing technical training for Salesforce staff
  • Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software

In addition to these responsibilities, we require our ideal candidate to possess:

Requirements
  • At least 7 years' experience in Salesforce configuration and declarative development with Salesforce Flows
  • Experience in using APEX, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Web Components, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Git
  • Experience in Salesforce deployments
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work comfortably with clients
  • Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues
  • Ability to project manage when needed
  • Familiarity with Scrum
  • Ability to do code review
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering preferred
  • Background in retail business in a similar capacity a plus
