Job Description

This role combines outbound sales efforts with video content creation to engage prospects and communicate the value of digital marketing solutions.

The Sales and Screencast Video Virtual Assistant will conduct cold calls to generate interest, gather contact information, and maintain accurate records for smooth workflow.

Additionally, they will create personalized screencast videos for prospects, following a general script while speaking naturally and confidently.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting outbound cold calls to generate interest and collect email addresses from potential prospects.
  • Following up with prospects and maintaining accurate CRM records for smooth workflow.
  • Producing personalized, educational screencast videos for prospects, following a general script while speaking naturally and confidently.
  • Gathering necessary information such as competitor websites and digital marketing data before recording.
  • Uploading and managing videos on a YouTube channel.
  • Communicating effectively with potential clients throughout the sales process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate has:

  • At least one year of experience in cold calling, preferably with U.S. markets.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, with a neutral or light accent preferred.
  • Prior outbound calling or sales experience is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills are essential.
  • They must be comfortable and confident on camera, able to speak naturally without reading directly from a script.
  • Familiarity with video recording software and YouTube is required.
  • The ability and willingness to quickly learn and understand basic digital marketing terms are necessary.
