Job Title: Facility Operations Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Facility Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and conducting technical assessments and maintenance surveys at various sites across the country.

This is a nationwide project that requires a thorough assessment of facility infrastructure, equipment, and overall operational readiness. As a Facility Operations Specialist, you will lead and oversee technical surveys of facilities, ensuring accurate and timely data collection.

You will analyze survey results and develop detailed reports, including actionable recommendations for facility maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, and personnel training requirements.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will engage with stakeholders to present findings and validate survey data. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be essential in interpreting complex technical data and developing practical recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field;
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in facility assessments, infrastructure surveys, and technical evaluations;
  • Familiarity with maritime security infrastructure and Department of Defense (DoD) facility standards;
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
