Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Sales Representative to focus on selling our high-quality frozen meat products to B2B customers, including distributors, wholesalers, and commercial foodservice establishments.
- The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the food industry (meat products or similar).
- They will also have strong knowledge of the B2B sales process and customer relationship management.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for:
- Identifying and targeting new business opportunities within the meat supply sector.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Staying up-to-date on the range of meat products we offer, both frozen and processed, to effectively promote and upsell to customers.
- Negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to achieve sales targets while ensuring profitability for the company.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivation and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred qualifications include experience in the frozen food or meat industry, an established network of contacts in the foodservice, wholesale, or retail sectors, and familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
