Experienced Financial Data Manager

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive professional to manage our financial records.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and be able to effectively multitask various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the full accounts payable cycle including invoice and payment processing.
- Establish relationships across departments by managing billing and payment issues.
- Process corporate credit cards in accordance with internal policies and controls.
- Assist with month, quarter-end, and annual close activities.
- Review and Audit credit card statements and charges.
- Suggest improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and cost reductions.
- Liaison between business units to ensure sales commissions are processed on time.
- Provide support for ad hoc projects and analysis as requested.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
- At least 2-3 years of experience with bookkeeping and QuickBooks required.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task projects, establish priorities, work independently, and organize effectively.
Home Office Requirements:
- Reliable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps postpaid.
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM and Intel i5 core processor or equivalent.
- Noise Cancelling Headset.
- Backup Internet Connection (Prepaid Home WIFI Router or Pocket WIFI).
