
Financial Records Manager

We are seeking an experienced Financial Record Manager to manage and maintain accurate financial records for our company. The ideal candidate has a strong background in bookkeeping, proficiency in QuickBooks, and a proven track record of handling financial tasks effectively.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and updating financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Reconciling bank statements and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting
- Processing invoices, receipts, and payments while maintaining proper documentation
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements
- Monitoring and managing cash flow and budgets
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Assisting with the preparation of tax filings and audits
- Generating reports and providing financial insights to support decision-making
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (desktop or online versions)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
