Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Financial Record Manager to manage and maintain accurate financial records for our company. The ideal candidate has a strong background in bookkeeping, proficiency in QuickBooks, and a proven track record of handling financial tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and updating financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
  • Reconciling bank statements and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting
  • Processing invoices, receipts, and payments while maintaining proper documentation
  • Preparing and reviewing financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements
  • Monitoring and managing cash flow and budgets
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies
  • Assisting with the preparation of tax filings and audits
  • Generating reports and providing financial insights to support decision-making
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (desktop or online versions)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
