Job Description:

Planate Management Group is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business headquartered in Virginia and Florida, with technical support centers in South East Asia and East Africa. We provide program management and facilities engineering services worldwide. Planate is a small business provider of planning, design, infrastructure management, technical consulting, engineering, and construction management services in support of the US Department of Defense and its Service missions.

This role involves coordinating the submission and quality oversight of all Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables. The CDRL Manager will ensure that all documentation meets contract, technical, and quality standards in compliance with DoD and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

As a nationwide project, this position requires someone who is willing to travel and take on assignments at various project sites across the country. This role is contingent upon the award of the contract.

  • Develop, format, submit, and track CDRL deliverables according to contract requirements.
  • Maintain and improve a QA system aligned with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • Conduct internal quality reviews of reports, data, and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate with technical leads to ensure deliverables are complete, accurate, and compliant with contract specifications.
  • Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews to ensure alignment with DoD, ISO and client standards.
  • Document and track quality metrics, non-conformances, and corrective/preventive actions.
  • Promote continuous improvement practices across project teams.

Requirements:

We require a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field from an accredited university or college. A minimum of 5 years of experience managing CDRLs and QA for U.S. Government or international projects within the last 10 years is also necessary. Experience in defense or military infrastructure projects is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of DoD DIDs, CDRL formats, and reporting standards. They should be skilled in ISO 9001:2015 quality systems, audits, and document control. Proficiency in reviewing technical deliverables and coordinating with cross-functional teams is also essential. Familiarity with DoD and other US Federal Agencies compliance and reporting processes is required. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.
