About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying quality issues, developing corrective action plans, and implementing process improvements to enhance overall assistant performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement QA processes and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness across all assistants">
  • Analyze data and identify trends to inform quality improvement initiatives">
  • Collaborate with Training and Operations teams to design and deliver training programs and interventions">
  • Conduct regular audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with QA standards">
  • Provide coaching and feedback to assistants to improve performance and address quality issues">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field">
  • At least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or related field">
  • Proven track record of improving client satisfaction and reducing churn through quality-focused initiatives">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills">
  • Tech-savvy with working knowledge of tools like G-Suite, Discord, Loom, and ClickUp">
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team">
