Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Investigator to join our team. As an Investigation Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our e-commerce platform.

Your responsibilities will include authenticating customers and complex transactions, engaging proactively with colleagues and third-party vendors, and ensuring productivity and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and eliminate online e-commerce risk
  • Work closely with the SEPO Team to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (high school diploma accepted for fresh graduates)
  • Dedicated workspace at home with reliable internet connection
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with MS tools and basic automation
  • Experience in investigations/payments/security or banking domains
  • Intermediate knowledge of E-commerce
