Investigation

  • Conducts investigation into suspected or verified incidents involving unauthorized acts or infraction of rules within the areas of responsibilities.
  • Conducts routine interviews, meets references and develop sources to further the investigations;
  • Conducts investigative interviews to gather facts and verify witness statements.
  • Prepares written reports and case summaries to document the investigations;
  • Maintains proper monitoring and recording of pertinent data, files and other documents used in investigations; and
  • Conduct special investigation with strict confidentiality requirements, as needed.

Generation and Submission of Reports

  • Daily Reports:

a.   Post Investigation Report (within 24 hours)

b.   Case Diaries (for clarification) we have investigation file folders even if its not yet done.

c.   Case Profiles (within 5 days)

d.   Status Report of Cases (Weekly)

e.   Security Survey (as needed)

f.    Risk Assessment (as needed). / Threat and Vulnerability Assessment

  • Monthly Report:

a.   After Inspection Report

b.  Monthly Disposition Report (every 15th of the Month)

  • Quarterly Reports:

a.   Investigation Progress Report.

b.  Inspection Progress Report

Analysis and Review

  • Review Activity reports. After Inspection Report of the Operations Department
  • Review documents / reports required for investigation/ inspection.

Inspection

  • Conduct post-to-post inspection.
  • Conduct field inspection for special cases

Compliance

  • Ensure compliance to Terms of Reference and Contracts.
  • Ensure compliance of the department to government, accredited regulatory bodies, and PSAI.

Administrative

  • Distribute Duty Detail Orders (DDO)
  • Issue performance delinquency report among security officers and guards.

Logistics/ Inventory Management

  • Deploy guards, check and validate firearms/equipment, and guard supplies to field security personnel.
  • Conduct inventory spot check.

Leadership and Supervision

  • Improve field and office operations.
  • Deliver desired business results.

Liaison

  • liaise work related incidents and cases under investigation.
