Senior Crisis Helpline Responder

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Crisis Helpline Responder to join our team. As a key member of our support services, you will play a vital role in providing mental health support to customers worldwide.

Job Description:
  • Ensure the efficient operation of our helplines, including during periods of high demand.
  • Provide effective support to customers, utilizing best practices and scripts for all scenarios.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and internal teams through various channels.
  • Utilize systems to track and communicate with clients and their information.
  • Ensure customers receive appropriate follow-up care, conducting regular triage & check-ins.
  • Collaborate with the operations team and fellow coaches to address clients' needs.
  • Take an empathetic and proactive approach to helping clients in need.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • A minimum of 2-4 years' experience working as a helpline responder.
  • Completed training in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) or its equivalent.
  • Certified in Psychological First Aid and Suicide Prevention.
  • A Master's degree in Psychology is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog.
  • A willingness to improve and develop through feedback and training.
  • Technical know-how for meetings and online development courses, preferably with Zoom.
