Operations Automation Professional

This position involves partnering with operations teams to identify opportunities for automation, and implementing process improvements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Automated Workflow Design and Implementation
  • SaaS Platform Integration and API Management
  • Data Handling and Reporting Streamlining
  • API Integrations and Communication Tool Elimination
  • Maintenance of Automated Workflows and Performance Optimization

The ideal candidate will have experience in workflow automation, strong proficiency in Airtable, skills in Power Automate and Power Query, and hands-on experience with REST APIs and webhooks.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience with n8n workflow automation.
  • Strong proficiency in Airtable schemas, formulas, automations, and API integration.
  • Skilled in Power Automate and Power Query for Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON for integrations.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and Basecamp.
Professional Background:
  • 2-4+ years of experience in operations automation, systems integration, or process improvement roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business processes into automated workflows.
