Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of the Account Specialist will include:

  • Implementing Lead Generation Activities: The Account Specialist will implement lead generation activities, including door-to-door visits, on-site processing, making calls, preparing letters, sending emails, and interacting with clients through the web.
  • Performing Portfolio Management: The Account Specialist will manage their own portfolio and ensure the processing of accounts within the prescribed timelines.
  • Negotiating with Clients: The Account Specialist will negotiate with clients, prepare proposals through Account Management System (AMS2), and document and close deals.
  • Reviewing Foreclosure Status: The Account Specialist will review foreclosure status and writ of possession status of portfolio.
