Contract Billing Specialist

As a key contributor to our business and systems transformation, this role plays a pivotal part in ensuring accurate and timely billing for clients. The Contract Billing Specialist will input contract terms, pricing and billing schedules into the system while verifying accuracy.

Responsibilities:
  • Verify contract details: Inputting contract terms, pricing and billing schedules into the system with high accuracy.
  • Generate invoices: Process invoices based on contract terms and ensure they align with agreed-upon rates.
  • Reconcile discrepancies: Identify and resolve discrepancies between contract details & billing records.
  • Communicate effectively: Collaborate with internal teams and clients to clarify billing details and resolve disputes.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of three years of experience handling contracts, billings and invoicing is required, preferably for a US-based company.
  • The ideal candidate must be able to read customer contracts and extract key billing and revenue data from them.
  • The ability to learn systems quickly is essential as this position utilizes multiple systems.
  • Experience with CRM and billing systems is necessary, with hands-on experience using Salesforce and other billing platforms such as Quickbooks, Xero or Stripe.
  • Attention to detail is crucial for this role as the specialist will be responsible for reading, interpreting and extracting key data from contracts to properly invoice customers.
