Job Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns that drive audience growth and engagement.

Your primary focus will be on creating engaging content, graphics, and videos tailored for LinkedIn and digital platforms. You will plan scripts and shot lists, collaborate with the creative team, design graphics, and edit raw footage into high-quality short- and long-form videos.

You will manage the content calendar, including posts, case studies, one-pagers, proposals, decks, landing pages, and EDM copy. Additionally, you will maintain and update websites with light SEO optimisation.

To succeed in this role, you will build and manage CRM segments, automations, and dashboards; deliver weekly performance insights. You will work closely with sales development representatives to coordinate sends, handoffs, and effective content utilisation.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written English with clear, persuasive copy. They will possess strong graphic design skills, expertise in Canva and at least one of Figma/Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop. Proficiency in video editing tools, including captions, subtitles, and basic motion graphics is also required.

In addition, the successful candidate will be highly organised, managing multiple projects and priorities. Experience with CMS platforms, UTM tracking, basic analytics, and presentation tools is essential.
