Job Description

This is a challenging role for an experienced procurement professional to lead the strategic sourcing and contract management functions within SN Aboitiz Power Group. The Procurement Contract Lead will be responsible for formulating procurement strategies, managing procurement activities, and developing and implementing contract terms and conditions.

The successful candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in procurement and contract management, with a strong understanding of supply chain management principles and body of knowledge. They will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong business acumen and leadership abilities.

The job requires a professional with contracting and legal knowledge, familiar with FIDIC contracting, and local and global sourcing and logistics. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work on tight timeframes and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate procurement strategy, tendering procedures, and contract terms and conditions.
  • Manage procurement activities (i.e., tendering and implementation to conform to the overall project schedule).
  • Evaluate commercial aspects of bid offers and prepare commercial evaluation reports.
  • Develop and implement strategic procurement strategies based on cost analysis, business requirements, and supplier industry analysis.
