Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Contract Lead to join our team at SN Aboitiz Power Group. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for executing the strategic procurement process, ensuring that all contracts are managed in accordance with approved Terms of Reference (TOR) and Scope of Work (SOW).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Development and Management: Develop tendering documents, collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to establish contract terms and conditions, negotiate with suppliers, and facilitate communication with contracting parties.
  • Customer and Supplier Relationship Management: Conduct meetings with project owners and stakeholders to identify sourcing and contracting strategies, work closely with project teams to ensure service excellence, provide market research and analysis results to support project objectives, maintain customer relationships, and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.
  • Procurement and Negotiation: Formulate procurement strategy, manage procurement activities, evaluate commercial aspects of bid offers, prepare commercial evaluation reports, and drive total cost reduction.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with procurement contracts, monitor market trends and regulatory changes, ensure compliance with laws and policies, and ensure proper documentation and records management.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in supply chain management principles, analytical and problem-solving skills, contracting and legal knowledge, and complex contract negotiation skills. Additionally, you should have professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, strong business acumen, and technology skills including MS Project, PERT/CPM, and ERP systems.
