About the Role:This is a key position that requires strong organizational development skills and experience in designing and implementing learning programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the design, implementation, and evaluation of employee capability and development programs from onboarding and socialization to performance and succession.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of facilitating programs, designing HR/OD systems and programs, and managing partnerships with clients. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for this role.
Main Responsibilities:- Needs Assessment: Conduct employee capability and development needs assessment using appropriate data gathering and validation methodologies.
- Program Design: Contribute to building an employee capability and development roadmap as part of the University's talent development and retention strategy.
- Learning and Development Programs: Coordinate learning and/or career development programs and initiatives, and analyze their effectiveness.
