Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Professional to join our team. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining organized financial records, processing payments, and issuing invoices in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger and subsidiary accounts
  • Process vendor and customer invoices in QuickBooks
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain cash flow projections
  • Perform monthly closing procedures, including journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Prepare and submit expense reports and reconcile company credit cards
  • Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
  • Solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial regulations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
