About the Role

  • You will ensure the quality and timely delivery of technology, systems, and procedural changes. This includes establishing new processes designs that will ensure the sound implementation of company projects and other initiatives.

  • As a key member of our team, you will execute a communication and deployment strategy whenever there are new technologies or processes to be implemented. You should be able to ensure that all stakeholders are consulted and properly informed of the impending changes and that they are aware, and have prepared for, the effects of such changes.

  • Key responsibilities include spearheading the review of the capabilities of systems and processes being used and proposing the necessary enhancements. You will also validate the output of solutions developed by IT against the defined processes and user specifications.

  • You will design strategies and implementation plans to ensure that User Acceptance Testing is conducted thoroughly, including the development and analysis of a User Test Plan, User Test Script, and User Test Result documentation.

  • Effective project management is essential in this role. You will manage the time and cost spent on each project, making sure that prioritization for all activities has been set and inputted into the budget for the year. Variance from the target timeline and budget must be minimized.

  • As a reliable SME for systems and processes, you will be expected to understand the nature of each activity, the context as to why it is being done, the basis upon which it is being implemented, and the logic as to how it is being done. You should be able to reverse and correct issues or prevent them if possible.

  • You will spearhead communications with other departments and external partners to ensure their requirements are considered in the implementation of new processes and system enhancements.

  • In addition, you will conduct studies as defined by users, including Manpower / Resource Evaluation, Cost Benefit Analysis, Options Analysis, and Feasibility Studies.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • A graduate of a 4-year business-related course, preferably a graduate of BS Industrial Engineering.
  • 6 years of experience in business analysis, process reengineering, or systems and control implementation.
