Quality Assurance Specialist

As a seasoned quality assurance expert, you will spearhead the development of strategic testing frameworks to ensure the reliability and scalability of our digital products.
Key Responsibilities- Promote end-to-end user experience by designing and implementing automated test scripts that simulate real-world interactions across multiple platforms.
- Drive the implementation of testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices across all projects, fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate QA processes seamlessly into the development lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks, integrating them with CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable release cycles.
- Mentor junior QA engineers, promoting technical excellence and continuous learning within the team.
- Review test results and quality metrics, providing leadership-level reports and actionable recommendations for process improvements and risk mitigation.
The ideal candidate possesses at least 5+ years of experience in both manual and automation testing, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Required Qualifications- At least 5+ years of experience in both manual and automation testing.
- Development and execution of test plans and scenarios.
- Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, and Appium.
- Source control management expertise, including Git and Bitbucket.
