Mega FM Shift Supervisor - Operations role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the sorting center processes and team members, ensuring KPIs and targets are achieved. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strong background in logistics and warehousing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the sorting center processes (inbound, sorting and outbound) to ensure efficient delivery of packages.
  • Create schedules and monitor tasks and duties to manage overall performance and attendance.
  • Ensure all deliveries are received, checked, processed and endorsed to the next process within agreed timelines.
  • Notify relevant departments when there is non-conformance or shortage/overages are found.
  • Process transfers immediately upon arrival into the warehouse.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering degree
  • 2-5 years of experience in E-commerce, Logistics and Warehousing
  • Supervisory experience for direct and agency employees
  • Detailed oriented with background in process improvement
  • Familiarity with MS and Google Applications
