Job Summary

As a key member of our operations team, you will oversee daily hub operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. This role is ideal for individuals with leadership experience in logistics or hub environments who are passionate about driving continuous improvement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily hub operations, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Ensure adherence to established procedures, policies, and regulations to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Lead team briefings and conduct weekly staff meetings to facilitate open communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Regularly assess team performance and identify areas for improvement to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives and projects to enhance hub productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Support team to resolve customer escalations and provide exceptional service.
  • Coordinate with agency coordinators to manage and support agency teams.
  • Perform additional tasks related to overall hub operations as needed.
Requirements

Our ideal candidate has:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • Leadership experience in a logistics or hub environment.
  • At least 4 years of experience in the supply chain and logistics industry.
  • Experience in e-commerce fulfillment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
