About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive project coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring projects from start to finish. Your primary goal will be to ensure timely delivery, quality execution, and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Provide accurate time estimates, resource allocation, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Timeline Management: Maintain and regularly update project timelines, ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify potential issues ahead of time, clear any obstacles that arise, and escalate issues promptly when necessary.
  • Communication: Effectively manage stakeholder expectations, provide regular updates, and maintain open communication channels throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify areas for process enhancement and implement solutions to drive efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:
  • Critical Thinking: Demonstrate exceptional critical thinking skills, even in high-pressure situations.
  • Technical Knowledge: Possess strong technical knowledge relating to Fiber-based Telecommunications Networks.
  • Project Management Experience: Proven experience managing projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to adapt as needed.
  • Leadership Skills: Display excellent leadership skills, guiding, mentoring, training, and teaching internal and external teams on quality standards and techniques.
  • Decision-Making: Make sound decisions, backed by logical reasoning, and conduct performance evaluations with subcontractors and subordinates.
