A Senior Scrum Master is a strategic leader who guides Engineering Scrum Teams to deliver high-impact software and features that drive business value for customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster effective communication among team members to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Maintain project progress by keeping all parties informed and on track.
  • Provide timely feedback to stakeholders to ensure alignment with expectations.
  • Champion agile values, principles, and practices within the organization to promote continuous improvement.
  • Onboard, train, and mentor scrum team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including stand-up meetings, sprint meetings, retrospectives, and other essential activities.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to refine, arrange, and optimize product backlogs.
  • Rid obstacles that hinder team progress and impede delivery.
  • Adjust Agile practices as needed to optimize software delivery and meet business objectives.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Agile Scrum Master Certification (strongly preferred).
