As a highly organized Therapy Staffing Coordinator & Recruiter, you will bridge the gap between families seeking ABA care and therapists who provide it.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with families and ABA therapists as our representative.
- Process job alerts via Smartsheet and take action by posting openings on job boards or sharing opportunities with existing candidates.
- Assess candidates for skills, professionalism, and personality fit, while reviewing client notes carefully to understand family needs.
- Balancing multiple priorities, maintaining candidate pipelines, and meeting client expectations through effective communication and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
Experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting, scheduling, or coordination is crucial. You must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and computer proficiency.
