Job Title: Strategic Delivery Leader

Overview

This role involves leading the planning, execution, and delivery of projects involving eClinical technologies, with a focus on eCOA (electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment) systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing eClinical or eCOA product implementations, owning end-to-end delivery of eClinical initiatives, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones across device provisioning, data integration, and client onboarding.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, aligning with regulatory and compliance standards, and providing excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Own the end-to-end delivery of eClinical initiatives, including eCOA platform rollouts, device provisioning, and integration with client systems.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams including developers, QA, regulatory, and IT support. Tag and onboard team members for time tracking and task ownership.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify project risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates to leadership and clients, including status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience managing eClinical or eCOA product implementations.
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of eClinical initiatives, including eCOA platform rollouts, device provisioning, and integration with client systems.
  • Familiarity with device provisioning workflows and mobile device management.
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, regulatory compliance, and data privacy.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills.
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
