
Financial Record Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to manage our financial records using QuickBooks Online and Desktop.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online and Desktop
- Record and categorize expenses, income, and other financial transactions
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Prepare financial documentation for audits and tax filings
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Proven experience in accounting or similar role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Desktop required
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with payroll processing and tax reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Certification in QuickBooks (preferred but not required)
