Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service New Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivering Excellent Customer Service: Respond promptly and professionally to a wide range of customer inquiries, striving for first-time resolution whenever possible.
- Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner, engaging with customers to identify additional needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
- Fostering Customer Loyalty: Ensure that customers are delighted with the service provided and offered value for money, building our reputation as a first-choice provider of media services.
- Achieving Targets: Meet individual, team, and contact center targets, driving business growth and success.
- Education: Graduate of any course; college undergraduates with relevant work experience are welcome to apply.
- Availability: Must be willing to work on a graveyard shift, adapting to changing schedules as needed.
- Flexibility: Willingness to return on-site once recalled, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to meeting business demands.
$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
