Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive sales support specialist to join our dynamic sales development team.

This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Sales Administration:
    • Help set up, administer and track global and regional sales development campaigns including analyzing and providing feedback on results.
    • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and timely information on leads and contacts from multiple sources.
    • Assist with the creation and distribution of sales materials and marketing collateral.
    • Track and report on sales development team performance.
  • Lead Management & Qualification Support:
    • Assist in the initial routing of inbound leads based on predefined criteria.
    • Route qualified leads to the appropriate sales development representatives.
    • Conduct research to identify potential leads and gather relevant company information.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Serve as a point of contact for sales-related inquiries from both internal teams and external partners, demonstrating collaboration and effective communication.
    • Assist sales development representatives in setting up and managing sales campaigns.
  • Sales Process Optimization:
    • Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of sales support tools and resources.
    • Generate sales reports and analyze data to provide insights to the sales development team.
    • Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
Requirements

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have proven experience (typically 2-5 years) in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role, preferably within a software or technology company.
