Accounting Professionals: Key Role in ERP Transition

Job Description:

This key position plays a pivotal role in supporting the organization's daily finance operations during its ERP platform transition. The successful candidate will provide essential support to ensure invoicing, reconciliations, and payment processes are up to date.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central in an accounts role, along with strong understanding of core accounting processes including invoicing, credit notes, bank reconciliations, and payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proven ability to work independently, with intermediate accounting knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external customers.
  • Excellent attention to detail for accurate data entry and reconciliation.

Additional responsibilities include working closely with a third-party outsourcing partner managing finance functions and communicating daily with the finance and sales teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central in an accounts role.
  • Strong understanding of core accounting processes, including invoicing, credit notes, bank reconciliations, and payments.
  • Intermediate accounting knowledge and ability to work autonomously.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external customers.
