Key Account Management Role

  • We seek an experienced and skilled professional to oversee key client accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of client relationships for effective business growth.
  • Assist clients' brand popularity through social media marketing campaigns.
  • Execute market research on consumer trends to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in client-facing roles with strong communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience working with multiple client accounts, prioritizing their needs and delivering projects on time.
  • Proven track record of excellent customer service and retention.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and social media advertising.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal teams and clients.
  • Ability to analyze data, provide insights and make informed decisions.
