The role of a Senior Accountant Manager involves overseeing and managing the accounting operations of an organization.

Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records, reviewing financial transactions, preparing and analyzing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. Additionally, internal control procedures need to be developed and implemented to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

This position also involves supervising and mentoring a team of accountants, providing guidance and support as needed. It is essential to stay up-to-date with accounting principles, industry trends, and changes in regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • CPA or equivalent professional certification is strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar accounting role, with demonstrated expertise in financial reporting
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
