Sales Area Team Lead

GainStrong is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Sales Supervisor to oversee the sales operation in the assigned area.
Duties and Responsibilities- Sales Performance Management: Monitors sales team performance, achieving targets, and Monthly Sales Output of each area controller.
- Account Grid Activities Monitoring: Reviews account grid activities submitted by area controllers and reports total area performance to the regional manager.
- Performance Evaluation: Checks daily activities of handled area controllers and salesmen's performance, ensuring Yamaha Sell-out competency in the area.
- Team Leadership: Oversees salespeople in the assigned area, addressing concerns from area controllers and relaying them to the regional head.
- Proven work experience in handling teams, preferably in sales or a similar industry.
- Motorcycle enthusiast with a valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Adaptability to be assigned in different areas in Luzon.
