
Reward Program Manager

We are looking for a seasoned Compensation and Benefits Strategist who will be responsible for managing the development and deployment of our total rewards programs.
Job Description- To develop and implement innovative compensation and benefits solutions that drive employee engagement and retention.
- To conceptualize and develop the total rewards framework, including salary structure, incentives schemes, retirement plans, and other benefits.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of market trends and compensation best practices. S/he should be able to design and develop training materials, conduct needs assessments, and analyze data to inform program decisions.
Responsibilities- To collaborate with business units to develop and execute compensation and benefits solutions that meet their specific needs.
- To facilitate workshops, training sessions, and communications to roll out new total rewards programs.
- To build and maintain relationships with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of total rewards programs.
- To use analytics and insights to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
