We are looking for a seasoned Compensation and Benefits Strategist who will be responsible for managing the development and deployment of our total rewards programs.

Job Description
  • To develop and implement innovative compensation and benefits solutions that drive employee engagement and retention.
  • To conceptualize and develop the total rewards framework, including salary structure, incentives schemes, retirement plans, and other benefits.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of market trends and compensation best practices. S/he should be able to design and develop training materials, conduct needs assessments, and analyze data to inform program decisions.

Responsibilities
  • To collaborate with business units to develop and execute compensation and benefits solutions that meet their specific needs.
  • To facilitate workshops, training sessions, and communications to roll out new total rewards programs.
  • To build and maintain relationships with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of total rewards programs.
  • To use analytics and insights to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
