EDI Analyst Role

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to monitor EDI systems and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure uninterrupted data exchange with trading partners by monitoring EDI communications.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and track EDI-related issues, collaborating with internal and external partners to achieve timely resolution.
  • Coordinate the setup of new EDI trading partners and document implementations.
  • Recommend process enhancements to optimize EDI efficiency.
  • Manage aspects of account setup, including generating web users and EDI, BOL, and carrier account numbers.
  • Communicate with clients, carriers, and internal teams to manage and resolve billing and rate discrepancies.
  • Execute daily transportation requirements, including tracking and scheduling shipments and providing status updates to internal teams and clients.
