Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Credit Advisor to join our team. As an advisor, you will play a vital role in helping small business owners succeed by guiding them through the process of building business credit.

Your day will be fast-paced, with approximately 20 calls per hour (inbound and outbound), plus email correspondence. You will consult with clients primarily over the phone and email, providing professional, clear, and friendly customer service to empower our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong Communication Skills: Friendly, clear, and professional on calls
