Job Title: Senior Manager, Financial Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our financial operations team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership in cloud financial operations and IT service monitoring.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and IT, with experience in supervising and building relationships with people at various levels. They will also possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex operational and financial data to generate insights and support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of cloud cost optimization strategies in alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Oversee IT operations monitoring practices, ensuring service health, availability, and performance across critical infrastructure and cloud platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Establish and manage FinOps frameworks, including chargeback/show back models, tagging governance, and financial transparency initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of relevant IT and business work experience.
  • Experience in cloud financial management (FinOps) practices and tools, including budget forecasting, cost allocation, and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of ITOM, observability, and incident management in hybrid and cloud-native environments.
