As a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our real estate operations. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your financial expertise and analytical skills to ensure the smooth administration of three U.S.-based companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Operations: Maintain and reconcile QuickBooks Online files for the three companies, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Manage all billing processes.
- Administrative Support: Coordinate vendor schedules, answer and route calls on the company phone line, and handle general administrative tasks.
Required Qualifications:
- Bookkeeping Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience with QuickBooks Online.
- Financial Knowledge: Solid understanding of U.S. tax laws.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication.
