**Job Description:**

The Program and Community Coordinator will be responsible for managing client portfolios, ensuring effective communication and service delivery. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, providing timely progress reports, and addressing client requests and concerns.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate client engagements and manage client portfolios to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Manage client schedules and arrange meetings as required, while also facilitating communication between clients for vessel call scheduling.
  • Develop and maintain a monthly or quarterly initiatives calendar, ensuring that all office programs are managed effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Rewards Management team to facilitate the utilization of rewards in the Shop.
  • Generate monthly and/or quarterly reports based on agreed-upon client requirements, utilizing data from platforms for reports and surveys.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, client management, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
