  • Oversee project teams, guiding them towards achieving project objectives
  • Regularly communicate with project teams regarding project status and progress
  • Clear blockers for SMEs to perform and deliver
  • Foster knowledge sharing and best practices through retrospectives and post-project reviews
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members
  • Assess and validate technical designs provided by the Solutions Architect
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and action plans
